We suggest exfoliating the day before your visit and do not use any skincare products directly before your appointment. You may want to take an over-the-counter pain reliever to help you deal with the minor discomfort that can come with waxing. After your appointment, you should avoid using moisturizers, lotions with chemicals, any hot therapeutic practices and direct sunlight for at least 24 hours. You should not shave between your waxing appointments with us.
Keep in mind that while waxing will completely remove the hair, it is not a permanent solution. You will need to visit us in four to six weeks for another appointment to maintain the results that you want.
